We had a baker`s dozen of teams play thru with a lot of motion in the later rounds. We had a tie between first and second, and we asked folks to guess the number of seconds closest to the Men`s World Record for Planking. The plank was held for 9 hours, 38 minutes and 47 seconds or 34,727 seconds. Quiz Pro Quo posted 14,502 to take it over Sandwich & The Gang`s guess of 3,817.

The game opened with a tight field, most teams posting strong eights in Round 1, signaling a competitive night ahead. Maine Cabin Masters and Beer Doctors immediately emerged as frontrunners, matching each other with big Round 2 nines to stay neck‑and‑neck. Round 3 brought the first real wobble for several mid‑ranking teams, but Maine Cabin Masters stayed steady with another eight, keeping their slim lead intact. Beer Doctors answered with a solid seven, staying close behind.
In Round 4, Beer Doctors made their strongest push with a nine, briefly applying pressure, but Maine Cabin Masters countered to maintain their advantage. Meanwhile, teams in the middle—like No Nick(el) For Your Thoughts, Quiz Pro Quo, and Trial n Error—battled fiercely, separated by only a few points.
Everything came down to Round 5. Maine Cabin Masters delivered a massive **20‑point** performance, the highest of the night, edging out Beer Doctors’ impressive 19. The victory was sealed by a single point in a dramatic finish.

It seemed like the cold and the rain were going to keep folks away, but twenty-one teams asked Mother Nature to hold their beer while they ran their way through an unfortunately error-prone game; but questions were fixed, scores were adjusted and ob-la-di, ob-la-da, life went on as if the QC team wasn`t asleep at the switch this week.
And we also welcomed Rick up from team Locomotive Breath (playing tonight as Plunge Breath) to pitch his family`s involvement in the NJ Special Olympics Polar Plunge which is happening in Seaside on 2/28. QR codes to donate are on the last slide in the carousel.
WTFAOF played a great game, missing only one question in Round 3 - and wrapped it up with a perfect Round 5 to capture first place. (So maybe they don`t need their friends? Tee hee.) Jim & The Sandcrabs and Toy Boat Toy Boat Toy Boat (FKA Joey Trivianis) rounded out the top spots.
